    I finished the quest [Winter Season] Even Sharper Weapon: Awakening Weapon, but saw no new gear in my inventory.
    I checked the system message logger, nothing else than contribution points was given to me.

    You have to talk to Tranan and use the coupon in order to exchange 1 Tuvala Gear into 1 Boss Gear.

    I gave him the coupon and my gear, then I finished the quest and received contribution points but no gear.

    Check your inventory again and remember that the boss gear you'll get is 1 level of enhancement below than the Tuvala you gave.

    I found a box, got a Dandelion Sting after open it. Problem solved.
