Game keeps crashing when i try to login my character in velia

I've just installed the game, and done forcecheck several times. For charater in altinova I can login without crashing

 

Sounds like a problem with your Pc not being able to handle the amount of Characters in Velia...OR it could just be a minor error, that might be fixable if you login to the Website: https://gamezbd.net/

There in your account options, there is a way to "unstuck" or teleport your character, the one in Velia.

Try that and come back here to tell us if it worked or not, please.

 

I'm wrong, the game just crashes very easily, no matter where i am, even with the lowest graphic setting, and without any error message. I checked the task manager, cpu usage and memory usage were all below 60% when crashing happened.I don't think it's because my computer capability.

by the way, my GPU is GTX1060, my computer can handle other BDO server smoothly

 

Hmmm...this seems to be a problem that a simple run-through might solve though:

1. Close game and Launcher
2. delete folder in "username"\AppData\local\GamezBDO
3. Start launcher, wait for the launcher to check
4. Open game, if it is still happening, then maybe a Settings RESET might do something

Since it's a fresh install as you mentioned, could you please check your Windows Defender and Firewall to see if you're lacking the permissions needed? If so, add GameZBD Game folder as an exception on your Windows Defender (don't forget GameZBD Documents folder) and give all permissions to Launcher on your Firewall.
Also, do you use any antivirus/malware? You may want to uninstall it, but you can test it before to check if it will run just being disabled or with advanced protection off.
Do not forget to restart PC for the changes to take effect.
If the game doesn't work properly after trying the steps above, locate SmartGuard folder, delete its content and then do a Force Check. But you can only try this AFTER the steps given above!

 

I followed both steps and still experiencing the same issue, sadly
also happened once i spoke to Igor in velia after finishing the cron castle line of quests.
i read its recommended to reinstall but... 40gb+ takes so long lol

nvm problem presists after loging in lmao, ill just reinstall

 

I can recommend Resetting your Settings. I've had problems before, and couldn't figure out where they were coming from, then I did a Settings Reset and like magic the problems went away.
