Season Character

    I am not sure whether is a bug or I miss out the quest. I can't complete my season character to normal character. I did everything (the main quest, the season pass, Fughar's Timepiece) but it didn't show me the Graduation quest from Fughar NPC. Even the 'Season Gift Exchange Coupon' is not on my inventory. I shouldn't find an answer from the website and youtube. I am seeking help (hope to get an answer).

    Am I going to lose my hard work?

    Hmmm, the time piece of to transer the season character status from one character to another...You must do the Main questline, up until a certain point with the first one, in order to be able to do this at all.

    If you have completed the main questline up to the beginning of Valencia, then you should be able to graduate.
