    You can go to the crafting area in Panda or Sanctum. There should be an npc there that sells recipes. Since Aion is such an old game, there are so many info you can find just by simply looking it up on Google. Best of luck!
    Already suggested. Also, fun events are coming up soon with rewards that will give things like this and more. Keep an eye out for those! :)

    each time when you reach a certain lvl ,you will get various scrolls from a event npc that you hard to use up them ,
