    I was looking for almost several different maps in case they moved the npc and I can't find it... I'm actually farming those medals but at the moment I can't find the npc... did they remove it?

    Those two are Elyos NPCs right now.

    I believe you need to take the camp in Sillus Pass Watchpost in Katalam as Asmodian and the NPCs for your race will appear. Then you should be able to interact with them.
    Please let me know if this worked.
