where to buy <Greater Running Scroll> Design ? elyos no more GRS left -.-

 

I am not on the laptop right now so I cannot give you detailed instructions but you can check the NPCs here.
It might also be given to you as a reward during Alchemy Work Order quests. I always recommend that because of the random designs you get as rewards.

 

sanctum teleporter polydus will gib u an important quest related to craft that will lead you to an npc wright token organization.
join that organization and do the quests so you can earn tokens , wright token can be used to buy crafting design from the npcs near him.
PS : i am an asmo so i dont remember his name xD , i only know Bejakra the clerk for sharper of the dusk org.

 

I don't know if this is applicable to you guys, but in the asmodian realm, I just did all the work orders and was rewarded with the recipe. I did all work orders from level 1 - 380

I had this issue for a while, take note there is 2 types of Greater Running Scroll Design, one is sold by the merchant in the Alchemy place (you need 500 alchemy to learn) and one is given by Diana (only need 380 alchemy to learn ) in one of the work order ( Obelisk Repair ) if you don't get it the first time keep doing the work order quest until she gives it up
