Solved My old account won't login

    So I had an account that was created exactly 2 years ago, I'm able to login with that account on the website but in-game it keeps giving me wrong username/password, I can see all the details from the website. Also a friend of mine created an account around the exact same time I had and he can login with it.

    All the accounts mentioned before is in BD

    Is it in Aion or in BDO? If in Aion then sorry to inform you that ALL old accounts were deleted.

    The error has been resolved, my bad I was reading on the forum the Errors and solution section and it mentioned to tick the "Remember" box, this fixed my problem
