    Ahahaha, The cafe complaint yet again. <3 love you guys.

    Blame users that have hacked in the cafe and got the IP banned. Unless of course, it is a mistake. I'm sure the GM will check and see whether it was or not in no time at all.

    We don't have control over the ban system //ban bans both the user and the IP to prevent them from making another account and getting right back in.. the best thing you can do it get the host of the cafe to get an IP change. Sorry

    i need to complain that you need to banned the user account not the IP banned because where not using any speed hack only some stagers paying money on our internet cafe ! damn i want to play but what have you done!

    No, you need to tell them. You know how to use the forums to make posts, so using the forums to send PMs to the senior GM staff is not that much harder.
