Pls give us a way to uncap fps

playing aion with 60 fps is a pain for my eyes plssss allow shugo console @_@

 

Unfortunately, I don't think that this Anti-cheat system can be adjusted to permit exceptions but I will move your thread to Suggestions in case Admins can find another solution about it.

To be honest, no third party software was ever allowed so I do not think you should expect much.

 

Solution by @Kyazko: Go to GamezAION Folder --> open SystemOptionGraphics (using either notepad++ or normal document) --> then proceed to add this inside the notepad,
G_MAXFPS = "0"
after you're done with that, right click on the notepad itself and hit properties, after that checkmark the box beside "Read-Only" so the client doesn't remodify the notepad once you are playing, and that should fix the issue regarding the capped fps

 

There is a way to do it, and exit lag is a third party software that is allowed like it doesnt make sense why one is allowed and the other isnt

 

Simply because vpn doesn't change the actions of the game.

 

It's a third party program that gives an unfair advantage for the people that use it

 

I was being ironic smh i was comparing how they allow exit lag or what ever and they dont allow shugo console

 

Bro exitlag only affects latency and nothing on game.. shugo console on the other hand it affects the game itself that's why the anti cheat software doesn't allow it.

 

It's still an unfair advantage over other people and its a third party program like what is hard to understand I'm pointing out inconsistencies.

If you dont know the fix either ask carl for help or try to contact Active anti cheat...

 

Again, VPN has no advantage that changes the game's actions itself in any way and therefore its use is allowed by the anticheat system.

I would suggest you try what was said by @Pox as this is the only way to uncap fps in this version.

 

Question, what happens if it is capped?

 

Then the frame rate will not surpass the number which it is capped to. Your FPS is probably capped to your monitor's refresh rate (aka v-sync), which should provide a smoother experience - however the compromise is longer frame times, so input latency is higher.
