    Hello, i buy pets from web and it email me in game with two same item and cost me 2 times the credit prices.

    Hi. If you did refresh the page on webshop during the time you bought the item, then yes, it will definitely double the charges and you will get 2 items at the same time. As for now, please wait for the admins for their reply in regards to this matter.

    Yes. Apparently, when you refresh the tab, it gives you a prompt. It means that you are buying/purchasing the same item again.
