if your a glad YES youd have difficulty cause no matter what you do sorcs pawn glad's, now if ur a temp goodbye sorc if you know how to use it, now if ur a ranger=silence arrow=win, now if ur an assasin shadowwalk(cant be seen by sorcs)throwdagger carve silence=gg, now if ur an sm its just a matter on who's 1st...now if ur a chanter if ur your 1st to stun=gg, idc about sht clerics i never played em... that pretty much summarize it all....

 

i did mention ur annoying instant stun that looks like aether hold? there was a glad i just couldnt beat in a duel coz of that lol, theres nothing that stops u from stunning first and then its up to u what u do with that time. but yeah in real pvp its hard for glads anyways there r other classes that can kill us but rangers/sins r the most frequent. chanters do too

 

lol are u rtard? glads have NO chance of winning against sorcs if the sorc knows how to play sorc that is...glads cant have the chance to use arial lockdown....

 

lol good to see how sorc stick together very charming. ever heard of server lagg? considering the fact that i said duel only (real pvp they get their ass kicked) but compare my ping to his >.> middle of europe is bout the opposite end of the world where the server is.

the 7. is very funny.Sorc don't have debuffs?and what you call the Sleep,Stun,Root,Slow,Knockback,Tree etc etc?
at lvl1 you have root.isn't that debuff/cc skill?at 20lvl Sorc has about 5 debuffs/CC skills.tell me a class besides Sorc that has 5 CC skills at 20?at 55lvl Sorc has about 10 debuffs/CC skills maybe more,i don't know.
2.you don't have to use the 1h skills to do high dmg.
4.that has nothing to do at zerg fights or group PvP,RvR events etc.
5.its.not that hard to do a sleep then a delay blast,then the 4sec skill isn't it.even if resist the 1st cc skill you have many more to use

that has nothing to do with it.the trigger rate that you mention is for the skill chains.the land of debuffs/cc skills is based to your M.Resist and Sorcs M.Accuracy.
M.resist has no cap like Ecasion or Parry does.so for every 10 M.Resist points higher than your enemies M.Accuracy,you get 1% M.resist

 

Yea, sorc hits rly good, but look. It has RLYYY sh1t pdef, so if you make its dmg less, sorcerers will be useless. You just have to get close to it, stun etc etc. Not a big thing.... You can kill it easily if you're not a noob.

 

Just lol'ed at this..
Rangers and Sins can only beat a sorc.

Glad = Root + Magma + Ice Chain + Arcane THunderbolt = DEAD GLAD

Chanter = Root, same combo (You can change Arcane with any skill since he's on knockback state after the ice chain) = DEAD

Cleric = Silence = DEAD

Templars = It's easy.. even more in abyss pvp.. use Magic Boost I + Vaziel's , then cast all the chain I mentioned as fast as u can.. temp won't even be able to cast a single Buff


And SM's.. well.. almost noone uses them..

After my post.. I'll see like 20 guys quoting this and saying.. "you play op char, go kill yourself" (with that kind of "english" aswell.. if we can call it like that.)
But well.. ppl just have to QQ about everything..
Just keep in mind:
A sorc Hitting more than 8~10k With Glacial is a H A C K E R

I tested dmg with full ABG Set, Full Buffs and Everything like that.. and I can't deal more than 9k with glacial.. (Having a Full M.boost Socketed Set, and attacking a class with the lowest M.def ever.)

Sorcs don't have any kind of Debuff.. Check the definition of "Debuffing" and create a sorc in order to speak about us.. the only class wirh DEBUFFS is a SM.. Sorc only have roots,cc skills.. and bttw.. we only have 6: Root, Curse Of Roots, Sleep, Sleeping Storm, Winter Binding and Illusion Storm.. Maybe Curse of old roots.. but that never works here...

 

that is only for 1v1.when you are in group the low p.def has nothing to do.you don't charge right in,you just stay as far as possible.in RvR events is ever more easier as Sorc.you can easily kill a group with Kaisinel/Lumiel Wrath or Lightburst a high Rank player with Lightburst/Shadowburst for some good AP.

well its the favorite class of the designers/developers,what you expect?every update they made them even more OP.

 

there are too many ways to defeat sorc. and whats more about pvp, dude 5 hits from any mob and he is dead... plus 3-10min cds on the skills... u shoulda look at that way too. i can name 100 reasons why glads are the most gay classes in the game but whats then? u gotta find some tricks againsts sorc.

 

IMO, SM's are more OP than sorcs....
Rangers are more OP than sorcs....

Sins? hmmmmm... I devour them...

People like you make games like this easy... Why do you always worry about duels and 1v1 PvP? You realize it means nothing and yet you base all your knowledge and skill on it... When do you ever see sorcs plowing in mass PvP? Never. They get rolled over by the waves of glads and rangers. Sorcs are a class built to rape one person then flee for CD's. Doesn't do them a lot of good when they are looking at 50 people who should be looking back and drooling at the free kill in front of them. This game is designed for mass PvP. Please stop worrying about 1v1s kthx. A sorc 1 shot's 1 person every hour. After that they try to deal as much damage as they can before they die which is inevitable in a real fight. If you see a sorc on the other side of the fight all you have to do is hope you're not the unluky person that hour. not too hard. Oh and glads can beat sorc's 1v1. Just make sure you're not the one running at him when lightstrike is up.

sorcs are supposed to be nukers, ofc they deal higher damage than other classes. but glacial with 12k damage? thats exaggerated, unless his a hacker.
