    - Improved premium + event formula. Thanks @Kolka for telling me the exact formula! ( You now have more chance :D )
    - Fixed a rare bug when having 100% PRI Boss Gear chance, all of the other Levels ( DUO - TRI - TET - PEN ), would also change to 100%

    so the fs buff is prem*event (1.3*1.2=1.56),but not prem+event (1.5) ? Do u get exactly answer from kolka?
    im wandering cause other buff of same type always plus together

    RED = Manos,Blackstar etc..
    Failstack Value RED = 0.20%
    Failstack Value RED + Premium = 0.26%
    Failstack Value RED + Event = 0.24%
    Failstack Value RED + Event + Premium = 0.312%
