Problems with quests

I bought a pattern from a blacksmith in Altinova. My friendship with him went down the drain. I take the quest Merchants Altinova, arms dealer sends to the blacksmith. And so in a circle. I'm on a seasonal server and can not go further in the story.

The game lost the ability to purchase items for friendship points. And if you buy such an item or item, friendship with NPS goes into minus:

Today, after the patch, the goods for friendship points are back:

that's a good thing. But I still can't start the quest, because the friendship with the NPC is at a disadvantage. I've already wasted three premiums for miles, and the season is coming to a close with each passing day.

 

You just have to play the Amity mini-game, until you have the needed Amity (Friendship). If you have a character with the same "Star Sign/Horoscope/Constellation" as the NPC you are talking to, then you will earn Amity much faster.

 

The problem is precisely that the opportunity to raise friendships is not active. Clicking on the Communication button does not open the game.

I can only think of One way to get minus amity, and that is to steal from them, but you would have to steal a Lot, in order to get this much minus.

The Only thing I can think of, that can help you out in this situation, which you got yourself into, is to use the "Wave/Greet" option, think it is F5-8?
You will gain a small amount of Amity each time you do that, but it costs energy and takes a really long time, think you only get about 4 Amity each time.

Hopefully you can now go and "Greet" the heck out of them, and maybe all the problems will be solved.
