[Solved] Can't be obtain title.

After the Halloween patch, I saw an explanation that ""if I will buy "[Holloween] Pumpkin Outfit Box" in Pearl Shop(F3 in game), then I will can also obtain "Spooky Scary title".""

So, I bought [Holloween] Pumpkin Outfit Box.


1. [Holloween] Pumpkin Outfit Box has "Pumpkin Outfit Box" and,


2. It has "Spooky Scary" title.

I bought this for Title. I just want Title.


3. This is my inventory looks like after bought [Holloween] Pumpkin Outfit Box.


4. But...
I can't obtain Title(in Yellow circle). Still Spooky Scary Title is not activated. How can I solve this? How can I get the title?

You only need purchase this outfit to any character during the event and u should get him. I also not got him. I purchased only for the title, but I didn't get him.
