Forwarded HELP NEEDED! | Stuck at Server Selection Screen

Hi y'all ~

It's been a while since I opened a thread here in forum. I need ya help in getting things done, I'm having issues logging in to game. No issues at downloading and opening the launcher however the issue happens at the server selection screen. I'm stuck on that page and cant move forward. Can someone please help me out with this?

Have you tried to press check on the launcher before launching the game in order to repair it?

 

Yes I did, multiple times before launching it but it still the same error.

 

Ok, I have received the same error report by @Warshager, so maybe an Admin could take a look at it.

I suggest you change the launcher settings to 32bit and see if it works.

Try disabling your antivirus / firewall or allow gamezaion.exe to see if it works, also try starting the launcher as administrator

 

Hi! @Carl ,

I did the troubleshooting steps multiple times, after turning off anti-virus, firewall and such for security I'm still getting the same error.
Can someone help me with the use of team viewer to fix the error?

I've been having the same issue for a few days now.. really want to play, but can't get passed the join server issue.

Those who are still facing the issue with the frozen screen on server selection, please send a private message to @Carl in Discord.

 

The discord is not letting me get on it. I deleted my account with them years ago, but it seems they haven't gotten rid of the email, so now I can't get in since I don't have the old password information anymore.. lol.. sorry about that! Is there any other way I can get help to get past the server issue? Thanks for any help!
