    Have you resolved it? I haven't as of yet.. I'm guessing it might take a while. Hopefully some kind of patch or something will help, or something like that.

    what if you try to re install the game if its ok you, remove the old folder the re install new one

    Apparently it doesn't work for everyone because there are couple of us here experiencing it, please expect that we already did all possible troubleshoot including what you've said, but anyways thanks for the initiative to help.

    Currently the solution has been to use a VPN. We are still trying to understand if there are other ways to facilitate access.
    We managed to solve the problem for a player who was having the same error;     the boy used the first free one he found on the internet, therefore he continues to lag because it does not improve performance, on the other hand he created the character and is playing, you are free to use what you prefer.
    I would like to point out that I had previously guided him in:
    • verifying that the game had permissions on the firewall and antivirus;
    • set the launcher to 32x instead of x64,
    • remove the autologin that slows down the client startup
    • do a check from the launcher before starting after a modification.
