Announcement please

Dearest GameZ-Network administrators, developers, and staff in general,
I wish to inform you, that the terrible lack of communication -in here since it is far from everyone who has or even wants to use Telegram- has in part lead to this situation. If the management of this server forum, had been on par with the efforts you've put into the work, then you would surely have loads more players.
It is actually a relationship of sorts, although terribly one-sided, but it does require some form of trust, so that they will believe in the future success.
You have not lived up to this administration/management. You have time and again kept a "cone of silence", and while it is a good idea for sure, to never over-promise or overextend yourselves, it is still essential to have an open line of communication. This is where you've failed.

As players here, the largest heads-up we've ever had, was about 3 months in advance of something happening? I really couldn't plan ahead 3 months, but about one week advance and I can manage to find some planning for it. So I simply suggest that you are open and honest, about the project and how it seems to be stuck here for now, because of unforeseen decryption problems.

The many gamers who play here, and the many more who are waiting around for more, have different mindsets about how to game. The ones who aren't coming back, due to "missing server content", are Not the players you should be working to please, because they will probably never be completely happy with any game, ever. The audience of GameZ-Network are the players, who don't have much money to spend, who don't have much time to spend, who have a lot more going on in their lives than only gaming, but on the other hand these people are also (well mostly) mature adults, who are loyal and helpful and kind.

It would mean the world to all of us, if the management/administration (the boss/head of the department) would drop an announcement, stating their intentions for the project in the future

please do report incompetent gamezbdo staffs up there, @Carl should replace those staffs/devs which "seems" do nothing just busy with nonsense on telegram daily. Its 2024 my man, there are plenty people out there which can be hired

 

yeah kolka needs to be replaced.. it doesn't make a difference whether he's around or not since he doesn't function.

 

They stopped working on the server a long time ago, they just wouldn't announce it to the public so they can keep milking premium from the few people (they closed the telegram bots when the player count dropped to <200, we can no longer check but there are probably <100 people) that still play

 

it is sad but hopefully they have plan something,, there are admins that were always around but have nothing to do beacause they only have limits of how they manage in game and in furom
the only thing they can do is to report some issue to the head admins, so we will wait for whats comming

 

same with admin ANZO in telegram, some old players just returning to gamez and asked hows server situation, about updates etc and they got banned. Those words are taboo for admins to be talked and being said in telegram.

 

This is NOT a thread for you, to vent your childish tantrum throwing, but a thread that is mainly for the administration/management of the forum site, for the GameZ-network company, to answer to.

I made this thread, because it just seemed to me, that the administration of GameZ-network, just up and chose to move away from the BDO-server version that you have access to, and fully concentrate on another game, leaving the GamezBD side in ruins.

I understand that some people (lack of vision and small minded) cannot get over the fact, that there will probably never be another content update for Regions/Classes currently missing. However as everyone can easily see, the main game "that used to be" BDO, has been dumbed down so horribly, on the official server version, it is far from the wonder it started out as being.

A game that officially tracks your enmity towards other players, where you are chased by the city-guards and "lawful" players, if you step to far into the "Bad Karma" behaviour. Where the desert SHOULD have been the main focus of the game area, and even that got literally left behind in favour of what was making even more money for the company.

So I wrote this, in order to stir the emotional conditions, that underlie the desire to make something great, because you the actual real people behind this wonderful project, have created an amazing place to game, BUT you fell right into the same pitfall of the industrial complex of gaming; make more money!

So I implore you, the person with all the real power (and responsibility) of this project, just STOP catering to the mainstreamers, who won't care at all about the hard work and effort you've put into this, and start trying to create something that Pearl Abyss doesn't have to offer: Creativity and Intelligence!

You still have the older server version of this game, and I would just like to know;
Are there any staff left in GameZ-network, that actually do want to make something great out of this?

If the answer is really no, then I suggest you leak all the server versions that you have created so far, out to the internet and hope that someone intelligent will use it to build a much better BDO project, than what the official Pearl Abyss servers are offering now.

 

"this is not thread for you", yeah surely everyone in gamez forum can reply yours. My post up there was checked and allowed by admin to be posted because it contains link. Even the admin approved and why you mad? Stop acting like admin, the fact every your threads always end up discriminating people who reply. Whats wrong with you?

We are being honest to complain that gamezbdo needs a better staffs, we even provided facts of what were they doing.

It's true that we're all wondering what's happening with the Gamez BDO server.
There haven't been any announcements for months, and no events either (whether from the GMs or standard BDO events).
Could you please let us know what is planned for the future of the server?

I'm stuck in Server Selection, and it doesn't allow me to proceed, it just freeze. Any help?

 

try use VPN service, sounds like your internet connection. Or maybe slow SSD/HDD

 

Personally I wouldnt be surprised if Carl will decide a server wipe/reset for gamezbd as he did to gamez aion
