    You solved it? From the sound it makes when you open the launcher it seems like a blocked permissions problem.
    Try checking your antivirus and firewall, both should have an exception for the Gamezaion folder, or at least for the launcher. (the whole folder would be better).
    Also check that there is no active aion process from the windows task manager, sometimes a file called runtime broken, blocks the game from starting. If you need a hand contact me on discord and I can follow you step by step live.

    to fix this open the launcer then click settings change the game type to 32 bit
