   Good evening, I downloaded the game this morning and I'm trying to play the game but I can't, the anticheat image only appears and then the game doesn't open, can anyone help me solve this problem?

   Hello, try doing the following and then launch the game:
   

   • Make sure that your Anti-Virus and Windows Defender are disabled or restrictions are set for Aion.
   • Remove your username and password on the Auto Login part.
   • Try the 32 bit launcher if you have it in your bin32 folder.

   Let us know if the results change. If you get a new error message, post it here so we can check it out.
