Investigating 64bit is not working

    I can't play using 64bit game type. When I start the launcher, it only shows the Aion image then it disappear and nothing happens after that.

    32bit is too laggy.

    Hello, we sent a report to Active AntiCheat for this already, but it seems like there's still some issue. We're currently testing a few things but we'll let you know once we have an update.

    Hi Admin, The games seems not working on this version, the game just closes itself after you click the play button. I accidentally upgraded my windows to 24H2 latest version. Any fix on this? Here is my Windows version. upload_2025-1-27_9-59-24.png

    Hi, I fixed it. Reverted my OS to 23H2. 24H2 is buggy for gamers, most games does not start.

    Hey, thanks for testing it out. I assisted a few players and asked them to test this, so far you were the only one who reported it worked. Forwarded this to our Admin so they can reach out to Active Anti Cheat.

    Same issue with Win 11 24H2 yesterday. I was able to play using 32-bit launcher only. I will try to reinstall windows 11 using 23H2.

    This is currently the only solution we have been able to find, Important is to use a 23h2 version. I know it is unnerving to format a computer, However it never hurts to clean the hardware sometimes xD.

    I created bootable media for Win 11 23H2 and install again GamezAion and now it worked. Next problem is "You cannot access the game through this ip. (22)"

    Its been a long time still no fix for this? i would like to start in this server but 32bit is kinda meh, others servers i checked have 64bit working. Is there an ETA or did you guys gave up?
