Bug Description:

Summon Healing Servant is not working properly.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Sumon the Cleric's Healing Servant. If you have full HP, it appear to work, but if you have less than 100pct HP it will stop working and not heal.​

 

Hi, Admin Marvel, and thanks for the reply. I was in a group instance and started the Summon Servant before we began to attack the boss. I could see and hear the healing bursts coming from the Healing Summon before the attack (however, at that time all group members were at full HP). As soon as the attack commenced and our HP dropped below 100% it stopped healing. I just tested it in Signia (Attica) and it is definitely not working. This is what I did... I lured a few mobs to drop my HP at or below 50%. I summoned the Healing Servant and nothing happened. I then sat and waited for my HP to reach 100% FULL and as you can see by the screenshot the Healing Servent begins to light up with healing bursts. I'm at a loss here.

I don't have the resources for a video, but I will explain in more detail.
1. If you closely observe the first screenshot my HP is at 3/4's full and there's "NO FLASH" emanating from the summon. That's because it's not working.
2. Screenshot two shows the summon with a "BRIGHT FLASH." That means it's healing, but there is nothing to heal because my HP is at 100% Full after I sat down and took pots.

I tested it out again today with another person and her Summon is not working either. There is a problem with the skill.
HP of Erika is low and the servant is not bursting Flashes of HP, because it's not working.


In this screenshot, Erika's HP is at 100% FULL, and the servant is BURSTING HP (notice the bright glow).


It only works if your HP is at 100 percent. It is not heal assisting with depleted HP. If your HP drops below 100pct it stops healing. If you like, I can meet with you in the game so you can troubleshoot further. Just give me a TIME/DATE/LOCATION and I'll be happy to assist.
