    Reset just happened and I cannot equip my 4 star accessories. The tool tip says Available for Rank 9 Soldier, why can't I equip it?

    It's available for Soldier Rank 9 to purchase, but using it requires a certain rank. It is how it was designed by NCSoft. That is why people strive to get Rank 1 Restricted gear or Awakening Antriksha Equipment to not worry about these restrictions whenever we do these resets.

    Most likely, when you purchased these items you already reached the rank. Take note of it moving forward, better to have back ups if in case you haven’t finished getting all the parts.
