Solved Unable to Connect After Choosing a Server

    Hi guys, basically I just finished downloading the game and wanted to login. I managed to boot up the game and was asked to select a server. Chose GamezAION server as that is the only available one and now I am stuck in this screen for more than 5 minutes. Is this normal?

    Hey there! Try launching the game without adding your Auto Login Details. Let me know if anything changes.

    Tried removing the auto login details and still got stuck after choosing a server unfortunately

    An update, i just got a 'You are disconnected from the game server' notification in game after leaving the game as is.

    Alright, here's a few things I'd like to confirm and try out:
    • Are you using any Ping Reducers when you launched the game? If so, turn it off for now and launch the game.
    • If this still doesn't work, try using a free VPN to launch the game. Try this VPN: https://one.one.one.one/
      • Once you have that, turn it on and launch the game. You can also use Exit Lag if you have.
      • Once you get through Server Selection, create a character for now.
      • You'll expect high ping once you log in a character. Once you have a character created close and relaunch the client.
      • Do the same steps, and disable the VPN when you get to Character Selection.
    Message here if there's any development.

    I actually do have Exit Lag. Do I need to pick Aion and 'Apply Route'?

    Ah do you mean using both the VPN and Exit Lag? No i've only used Exit Lag. Let me give it a try.

    Turn off your Exit Lag for now. Make sure you turn on your VPN before Exit Lag.

    Using both Cloudflare WARP and Exit Lag makes me not go past the login screen. I got 'Disconnected from Server' after pressing 'OK'. So i tried using just WARP and it works. I am currently in the process of making a character.
