Assistance Required – Persistent Error During Update

Hi Team Gamez,

I recently encountered an error while updating the client (please see attached screenshot). I attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the full client, but unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Could an (AM) kindly assist me in resolving this matter? I would greatly appreciate your support in addressing it as soon as possible.

In case this happens again to someone else, what did you do to solve this issue? Or did it fix itself?

 

I uninstall and install again the client, then checked before clicking the PLAY button afterwards back to normal.
