   Bug Description:
   

   i received a mail and everytime i open it the courier appear but doesnt allow to open the mail and then after that i can talk to any of the npc i've tried to relog several times but still the same issue. i tried to open my other char. on the same account but the issue still the same​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   idk how it works or how it even start​

   Hello pukinimal! Could you provide a screenshot or some proof? We’re having trouble determining what exactly is happening. Also note that if you summon the Shugo Courier inside some battlegrounds, it may show up as an enemy. To safely claim your mail items, please make sure you’re in a city, or simply use a mailbox.
