Staff Dont care?

How come no one is taking action against this player for abusing the game? I have reported this player and provided solid proof showing that they are hacking, yet nothing seems to be happening.

At this point, it feels like reporting players and providing evidence is completely useless if no action is going to be taken. Are player reports actually being reviewed, or is the feedback from the players simply being ignored?

We take the time to report cheaters and provide clear evidence because we want the game to remain fair for everyone. If reports with solid proof are not being investigated or acted upon, then what is the point of spending our time reporting these players?

I would appreciate an actual response regarding this situation and an explanation of whether this player is being investigated.

Imagine cheating in front of someone with a STREAMER buff of all things...

 

I already talked to their Brigade General about his speed hacking, but he keeps doing it. A lot of people have been messaging me about him speed hacking since Heiron.

 

You guys are trying so bad to ban someone that he is innocent obviously . You went on Discord , now on forum . What's next ? knocking Carl's real door ?
He has no reason to hack . He is a decent man , and all of you know that really well since you've been playing with him .

I have spoken with Asking , he got so frustrated by all these accusations . The only thing he likes: is to have fun with his friends and he never sought of troubles nor trying any kind of suspicious software .

I would appreciate if an admin could lock this thread . They are simply spreading lies .

 

There is actual video footage showing what happened, yet you’re still choosing to turn a blind eye to the evidence. If the footage is right there for everyone to review, how can you continue making accusations while ignoring the proof? At this point, it feels like you’ve already decided on the outcome and are simply looking for a reason to justify it.
I’ve played with you before, and that’s exactly why I’m disappointed to see this being tolerated. Playing with someone doesn’t mean we should ignore clear evidence of hacking. There is actual video footage showing the suspicious behavior, yet you’re still choosing to turn a blind eye to it. If the evidence is there, why defend the person instead of letting the admins properly investigate it?


Also, don’t waste your time sharing your opinion. It’s been three weeks, and no action has been taken.

 

You know what is interesting with this case? If there's a player who can replicate this, same as the one that Asking did on that video. Anyway, a 30-second video does not solidify anything at all. It can always trigger suspicion. If backed with multiple proofs or longer video than this one, or verified by Admins/HGM, might be a solid case for you.

PS: I remember a case like this before, a gunner, during Heiron PvP, a gunner zoomed in several meters in just a few seconds.

 

Exactly , your footage proves nothing . I can perfectly see clearly what is going on . Like Celeste said , your video itself it is not enough to get someone banned probably .

Just accept it and move on . Keep spamming about it, it won't help anywhere . The outcome it's decided , not by me and my blinded eyes.

If the evidence was "shining bright like a diamond" , I am sure Rihanna herself would have come and ban him .

Just play your game and try better next time in gathering evidences .

 

We usually don't discuss bans publicly, but since you insist on getting an answer, I will do so.

You provided us a short 33-second video that doesn't really prove speed hacking. True, we can see some unusual movement speed, but this can happen for several reasons such as lag, high ping, packet loss, or server synchronization issues. Basically the game may not show the player movement correctly on your screen, making them suddenly appear much faster than normal.

Thats why in some cases we require a longer video and also monitor the player directly in game to properly verify whether the unusual movement is actually caused by a cheat or by other factors.
