Stuck character and client crash

Hello! Good morning! I'd like to know if there's a solution for a character on my account that's stuck (every time I try to log in with that character, it kicks me out and the game closes... although I can log in and play with other characters... and the worst part is that the stuck character is my main character!). I've already used the "unlock" button on the website, asked Sunless for help, deleted folders, used the repair tool, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing works... It's very frustrating! I don't know if a restart would fix it...

I have this current issue with my cleric, Celestra. I can't use it normally, but I have to join a specific VPN server (Beauharnois/Montreal) to enter the game. Without VPN, I can use my other characters freely, except Celestra. Oh well, seems like it's both of us now.
