    Hi, i purchased wrong item by mistake,can you guys swap it please,supposed to be fierce Jerkin but i purchased it fearless Jerkin.In game nick Rival (admodian) purchased around 04:am u.s central time 12.22.25

    Hello, this morning I ran Runadium Heroic and a chest containing Kroban accessories dropped. I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize I had to select the item appropriate for my class; as a result, I accidentally chose the physical version instead of the magic one. Could you please help me by swapping it? My in-game name is Muzik, and I play as an Asmodian. Thank you very much!
    I managed to get it to +7, but only when I went to equip it did I realize wrong belt.

    I understand that this mistake can be frustrating. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the requested service. As an alternative, you may use our recently introduced Marketplace feature to sell the items for credits and then use those credits to acquire the correct items you intended to purchase. :)
