MY ITEMS DISAPPEARED!!!!!! for a gm THAT COULD HELP

i traded my abg set, staff, turquoise accs,abg sash and chain hood for [mastarius set corrundum accs,hammer & shield, squad bandana, abg belt, and abg cloth

yes you pretty right, i wish there was another solution against duppers, but its that evil we gotta live with in every game

 

nope. i didn't think hes a duper coz of hes good stuff. and my items disappeared right after a crash.

1. there are not any issues at all, bugs, crashes or missing implementations known so far that can cos items to dissapear. it was officially announced by Alente.

2. when you trade such items you need to ask the seller and/or buyer to relog before and after the purchase by the presence of a GM. Item refounds for players' stupidity is not going to happen.


im really sorry whatever the case is though.

 

WHere is the ss of the trade and the ss of the mastarius?.....

 

I told you guys, Dont Relog , Close Full Client to known if its duplicated or not. and please be GM assisted

There is no way to prove this transaction even occurred, what you have is a series of extremely conveniently timed screenshots of your character in gear and then one missing gear.

There's no proof you even traded someone to begin with, let alone that the items decided to up and vanish.
