GM HELP! BG rank is gone

    As the title states my legion and i are in deep in s*** we've lost the rank of BG somehow after it was passed on to another person, and after a crash no one has BG and the one who used to have BG now has cent rank, what action can we take here, are we ****ed or is there anything a gm can do about it? no bg rank and privileges .......

    im sorry if the thread names violates any rules, id change it if i could, and ive also pm'ed alente and karissa bout it, as well as talking to 3 different kinds of gms ingame, no respond from alente and karissa, and the gms pointed me towards pm'ing those two.....
