full magic resist, no magic boost, or a little magic boost?

 

just go 540 crit the rest HP+95 its ur best bet since magic boost and atk doesnt add too much of a damage anyways...it would make u a decent meat tank lol ^_^

 

Id say crit to 500 then use scrolls and food for the rest of ur crit
as for manastones either Mres or Mboost

 

Dude, seriously, Magic resist. On ABG chain you'll rape in PvP. Try it. People will cry when they see how little damage they do to you.

If you listen to me and decide you're going for M.Res, go all the way, i.e. FULL M.Resist.

 

Well I freaking remove all+27 magic boost on my set.... So why not I'll try full mr. Btw if I pvp how do I hit them lol? My DMg will be lowlowlow

 

Not really. I mean I haven't played a chanter in weeks, so I can't tell you which skills to use unfortunately. However the one time I ran into an ABG+15 chain with full m.resistchanter it took 15 people to kill him.

Also, a full m.boost cleric can kill groups of people with his DP skill word of destruction.

 

I LOLed at M.resist (workable but not worth it imo) or M.boost for Chanters. Chanters specializes on physical attack which is the opposite of clerics who relies on magic. Cap your crit then all the way to attack manastone.

Also, mresist doesn't reduce damage of magic attacks..it lessen that probability of magic hitting you. This isn't very good imo (mresist stones) because abg set of magic class pretty much provides high magic accuracy. At least high enough to land enough damage or status ailments to finish you off.

Try socketing full M.Res on ABG chain, and tell me how much damage a sorc does...

 

.... Lol man I am confused, I might go back to my ranger if chanter keep sucking for me. I like solo but chanter can't killl fast nor really tank.

 

Doesn't matter if you increase your hp from 7k to 8k if sorcs can still hit you for 9K dmg.

Dude rangers are sorc killers. First I've heard someone say they're headaches for chanters.

 

my friend is a chanter and he's freaking good..he uses crit and attack..

well, if you're good with ranger, continue with that class for they own for sure (again, if you're good - e.g. hanja/prestige)..

 

Sorc is like glass cannon , but wat I am really asking is that if full mr, my atk will be low, how the he'll I pvp?

Got to army office 2 star in two days, 10hour playing total time. Does that equal good. But I am just tired of ranger because it is so damn easy to play...

You claim your attack is already low, when you have what supposedly experienced chanters claim is the best build for damage, i.e. atk+crit. And you have full +15 ABG...

This leads me to believe you're using the wrong buffs/skills/ mantras.
