Untradeable with items.pak 1.9

Hi guys.

I have a problem.

i cant trade untradeable items. i replaced the items.pak

but it dont work by me. id download it 3 times and replaced it but its still down work. i restart the computer but its still dont work.

i have windows vista

pls help me

Hmm, are you downloading this itempak? I have vista, and it worked for me.
