GM my nobles operative's wing gone after i relogin

GM how can it be??
my new noble operative's wing is gone after relogin
i dont knw how suppose it to be..
but i call it problem..
that is why i post this thread..
and i chek my credit again and it also gone..
actually i trade it with someone name Goong
my ABG hat + kinah to this wing
i try to relog because i fell to laggy..
whn im back the wing is gone..
wht should i do to get it back??

 

first if you have a screen shot of the trade post it and if u dont pust a screen shot of where it says you brought noble operative wings on gamezaion.com gms can't help you if u dont have poof

 

well if you have a screenshot when you got the wings and screenshot when it disappeared.. there might be a chance you could get it back.. since you traded to get it.. it maybe duped(hope its not) or your inventory is bugged.. you could also add a screenshot of your chat.log so that they could see that you really traded for the wings.. hope this helps

i hope you got screen shot .
he probably traded dupe item ,when you trade always ask to show item then both relog (to be sure its not dupe item)then you trade ,and alway take screens like 2FAST says.
if you have no SS try like Eydel says : post chat log .

 

and by the way how can we check if the GMs are online or not because //gmlist isnt work..
