Attn: IPBans - Especially Net Cafes

For those of you appealing IP bans, mainly net cafe users/owners, please bear in mind that we are currently working on a system to address these concerns.

I've already put a plan in place however we're waiting on some backend work to be finished before it can be put into effect, hoping to have solid information/implementation to present within 24 hours.

Until this information is available appeals and questions regarding users being effected by IP bans will go largely unanswered.

Thank you for your patience - we fully intend to make things clear as soon as possible.

 

Im glad your solting this problem. They could easily change IP's and cheat again. I know my opinion doesnt count but, it would be nice if you banned Account instead of IP just like on retail. Or Bann Account and IP Together.

As it stands accounts are banned along with the IPs, the rumor of accounts not being banned is a false.

 

Sorry for my ignorance then, but i see hackers that were ''Banned'' and in game again. Its like dupers, we fix the way they can dupe items but then, they find another way and etc..

 

From what I've seen there has never been a case of someone banned for duping being unbanned.

I would know too since I just went through and mass-documented all ban logs into a massive spreadsheet today xDD

 

xD Im not talking about dupers,but about hackers, you know.. Speed hackers, Damage hacker.. Im not saying names but a guy who was banned for using Damage Hack was banned and next day he was on abyss like it never happend.. Dont ask me how xDD
