i have a big problem

any1 can help me with the next problem:

I had an older account on gamez aion...and when i enter on that account my caracters was small and i cant see their name.... i thinked its because thats an old account ...and made a new account at this 1 i made an new caracter and i dont see my name cant pick up... can any1 tell me what to do?
