Missing abg shield

I traded my EGT plate set with GM assistance to an ABG Shield the other day. Trustfire was with us on the trade. Everything was fine and I've had the shield for a couple of days already. However, yesterday I trained a Templar because I so liked the shield. The GMs will notice that I have multiple characters that share the same equips. Earlier today I was doing multiple equipment transfers from my Ranger (for the accessories) and from my Gladiator (for my new EAT Plate Set). When I was about to get the items to my templar everything was there except for the ABG shield. I already tried to close my client and when I logged back in, the shield was still missing. Here's the picture of that shield:

Where's the picture of the item missing? Yes you said it not there but it will help the GMs if you also had a picture of the shield missing.

 

If you obtained the ABG shield from the credit store, please post a history or SS of your purchase.
If not, we will need more evidence.
1. The original item
2. During the trade
3. After the trade
4. Inventory of all characters on your account or IP.
5. GMs will scan your inventory of all your characters.

If we find that it is a false report of a missing item such as you trading it to a friend or anyone who we will also check and saying you have a missing item, the consequences will be severe and unforgivable.

 

False or not, People make Mistakes, if it is in his Inventory or WH, he may of Missed it and not scan through properly, Cant Jugde everyone who reports a missing item yet have it in there bag as "False Report"

 

Of course, but we will make sure the game is as fair as possible and no one will break the rules to gain an advantage.

We take our time helping these players to find their missing item and if we find that we have been wasting our time finding it to be false, our reactions would be obvious, but if it was a mistake, the consequences shall be withdrawn.

But if it was obviously on someone's account and not included in the story, a punishment will be handed out.
So make sure taking an SS of all your character's inventory and WH first if you wish to show evidence in restoration of your missing shield before we scan your accounts' items.

And for those who do not understand the process yet, it is quite simple. After posting the SS, people will observe if there is any shield and if there is, then that is considered a mistake by the player which is fine.

BUT, if the SS shows no shield in any inventories and we do a scan that there is, be ready to receive an unforgivable punishment.
(Meaning the player has hidden the shield in all of the screenshots either by transferring it to another character or putting it somewhere a GM would not be able to search for).

And please please.. Who is the person you traded, might have been a duper also.

 

Above GMs need more lost item case knowledge it seems.

We are unable to return the shield because it would be impossible for you or us to prove that you didn't just trade it to another player. The only way for us to be able to do this is if you purchased the shield with credits, in which case it could be tracked. Since you obtained it in a trade, we can't know what happened to it.
