    hello i'm new in this private but i want 2 know if its only available for North America or i can play it, im from dominican republic located in the caribbean, can someone tell me if i can play it? :S

    From what I've noticed this server is accessible from any location worldwide, just that your ping suffers the further you're away from the servers.

    Yeah, you can, you just need to set your NCSoft Launcher to region "North America", but you don't need to live there :p

    yea it's the ping part that suffers, but you can always use other progs to improve that...
