Router's ip banned from no where..(Not a ban appeal)

Hello! dont know what section should i post on so i post on general.. I used to play gamez like 1 week ago with or without router! Then i formated my computer and downloaded aion again.. But now my router's ip is banned.. Not my account cos i tried on a cyber.. But i wonder why would i get banned if i didnt play this week? Please help me and thanks.

PD : I can play direct from the modem.. Its only router's ip u.u

Sorry, but your post doesnt make sense. If your direct connection works - router should work too (unless its poorly configured).
1. Modem -> PC. Your PC gets IP from your ISP directly.
2. Modem -> router -> PC. Your router gets IP from ISP and acts as gateway to your PC (PC gets internal IP from router).
3. Modem -> router (in switch mode) -> PC. Basically same as 1.

 

Then why when i connect directo to modem i can play normally but if i connec to router i can't? ¬¬ no sense either? Modem and router has 2 diff ips.. OBVIOUSLY they have 2 dif ips..

What router do you have? Some routers you need to go in and set it up to let certain games play...

 

do you get "You cannot access the game through this IP. (22)" error or something else?
Do you even have internet connection through your router?

 

192.168.1.100 if im not wrong..

or 192.168.1.1 im not sure i dont know toomuch about this.. i just clicked on Run>cmd>ipconfig and there it appears u_u

 

im guessing u have a linksys router? if so, thats the basic ip for every1.

 

those are internal IPs. router has IP 192.168.1.1 and gives your PC IP 192.168.1.100 via DHCP.
you need to go to http/ping.eu and copy your external IP from there

 

and make sure ur connected through the router when u go there.

 

Every router have either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 as their basic LAN ip address =)

 

ahh, well, iv only ever had linksys so i thought it was only them.

 

im throught router and went to the website.. this is the ip it gave me 186.14.66.134


the weird thing is that i used to play with ROUTER :S and now i cant T_T i didnt change anything from router..

 

now try to connect directly via modem and run
ipconfig /all
or visit ping.eu again
i think your previous IP was banned for some reason and your router has Static IP in WAN settings.

using the router ip, account name and everything else it asks for, and let alente or a SAM look at it.

 

I can't connect to modem at the time my uncle is on his laptop.. he might kill me if i connect direct from modem.. ill post there! Thanks you all for helping me *-* PEACE!

 

What the make and model of your router ?

 

well you can login into your router and see what settings on WAN you have.
To login use http/192.168.1.1
And you havent answered a question if you get (22) error in game or not.

 

Thats via PM- I have the same router. You need to get your uncle to allow you access to have games play thru the router.. If he went in and configured it all then he set it so you cannot play games..
