glad guide? (bleh..)

guys really sry for opening this thread, i am totally sure that one is already exists, but cant find it, so please can any1 write down some tips and the link where i can find it?

i don't suggest following a glad guide x_X...glads must be learnt, specially for the large amounts of ways you can fight with one, but tips do come in handy

 

ok honestly i made glad today, lvl 55=full anu geared +15. i can only win against glads, if only i stunlock... to otherclasses i really suck, so i need a lil help lol..

 

Guides are to help during 1st steps when u are using a new class coz noone is Pro in all classes :wink:

 

you learn as you play. learn your opponents combos (anyclass) and learn when to anticipate the combos and what they do next. if you can figure it out like 40% + more in duels or pvp.. youll have no problem.

i really suck at glads. .tbh, but when i learned how to anticipate their combos and learned new things on how glads attack.. i improved.. but not as the best but the improvement is visible.

and of course.. if you duel with a player w/ a lot better set.. it will be harder, but glads can kill any classes w/ good combo.


and never ever forget what class are you facing... sometimes knowing what skill to use on a certain class helps you win.

 

I agree with Highblood, being a step ahead of your opponent means more chances of wining.

 

Yes, u r right but it takes alot of pvping = many hrs to spend in abyss

in PVP... like massive pvp... dont be a hero.. YOU CAN DIE! ^^
play it smart... but not chicken ^^

and also, have friends that knows how to compliment others class.. group pvp means teamwork pvp. if one is like acting like the man of steel... well the chance of beating more # of asmo than your current party will become slimmer.

ye, but that doesnt mean you need to be dumb
would you rather die early? or kill 3~10 asmos before dying ?


unless you got a great party that knows what to do. like a chanter tha actually uses the buff skills (WoP, WoI etc).. and clerics that heals and debuffs.

 

hey highblood, you're posting my ideas.. In general it's better to mix up strategy and real time tactics.. ^^,

PS: Experience is the best teacher. A lesson without pain is meaningless, but if you face the challenge and withstand it you'll have the best lesson you can ever have. Just my idea.. lol

like cute said, guides of combos and skills nail you to the wall. Check out my guide for some basic tips that most people don't know that can give you an edge as a glad

 

Templars are not of much use in solo pvp...High block, crappy dmg and decent crit rate..

Gladis is the most popural class coz they are easy to play them =)

Yes, of tactics is the most clever u can do in pvp but always keep in mind as melee class to pro healers 1st, then urself

 

yea but there hell much def lol.. they can surive after my glacial shard and flame spray. really pro templars, could even have half of hp after that, plus tons of heals, besr pt would templar, chanter, or cleric and sorc :3

 

tbh ryang i have read you guide too. and dai's comments on lak's thread.
those helped me alot. in fact.. all those guides helped me alot and w/ a little touch w/ experience in game.



templars are strong especially with an EPIC set. im currently trying to learn it as we speak. ^^

 

I would say that before he left this server, dai was easily the best glad. EASILY.
