i'm in heiron atm..gj elyos fliers you are really pro!!

GMs have more say in this matter than carl, because they are being swamped with needless work because of it, and so they have less time and resources to handle other issues their job entails.

If they unite and communicate this to him, or Karissa, w/e, I'm guessing something would be done. Hopefully it wouldn't result in mas demotions, w/e. But I think after the last few fiascos that's highly unlikely.

 

I think there is a fix, it clips wings after the said person goes past a certain section. Once on the ground, the person can't fly again. Coupled with barriers, it was a damn good way to stop the bug abuse. Sure one or two people found a way through it, but it wasn't easy to do, and was easy to catch versus the huge amount of people doing it now. It was a previous patch on crystal, before chlora reverted a lot of his custom stuff there. Iunno if you could find it, but thats worth looking into

 

Yes, I have seen this patch that u refer to, working on other Aion Pservers. Maybe it's not so difficult to fix it, as it's difficult to find it :unsure:

Not suprised about how elyos fly in Heiron and Beluslan.. They're just too weak for asmo. ~

So up to this time the best solution is still raise the punishment to ID ban or just make fly barrier at heiron and beuslan on later 2.0 upcoming updates. This way people must patch their client for the barrier or else they won't be able to play with their ol' good client anymore. So the choices are Say Goodbye to: Fly Abuse or Gamez Aion 2.0. Both will satisfy the legal players here.

 

Wait ground pvp was implemented? mmk I am definately coming back.


As for the abusers... just remove all kinah and items or something.... -30% kinah isn't severe enough. Just my opinion though.

 

this abusers when go pvp already know that they will abuse the bug xD and it's kinda easy to put your kinah on another char..

 

Actually I was thinking of suggesting that the abusers will get their whole equipment vanished. But that's too meanie so I'll stay at suggesting ID Ban, better than -30% kinah and 2 hours jail at least. :biggrin:

 

ouh, this thread still exists? :d anyway ban ban ban bug abusers :3 only account ban so they wont do the sht anymore ^^
