then you can change it according to their keyboard thing. If they know that I click the skills in the first row in order then they can change it to fit them.

lol thats not what I said. Its because it seems like you go into every one of MY threads personally and a couple other pples and just keep disagreeing which = trolling.

your just a big negativity bubble.

It is impossible to disagree with everyone without at some point contradicting yourself.

So if you would like to prove I'm trolling feel free to go through my posts and look for instances where I've contradicted myself just to disagree with someone else.

Also, this is, as far as I care to know, the first thread I've posted in that was created by you.

Only pattern I see in my "trolling", as you call it, is that I always target people who say stupid ****.

Lmao, you literally just have to faceroll from 1 to 0 and your target is surely dead.

can you please just do 1 of these two things...
    1. stop posting in this thread because like I said you just have a big negativity bubble around you. I made this thread to try and help people and you come in and just start trolling/flaming.
    2. Keep posting in this thread but stop making your posts be negative.

    I didn't "start trolling/flaming".

I pointed out that the hard cap for crit is 540 and the chance to land a crit at that point is 49%. This is what the closest thing to an official source we have states. Hence getting crit to 1000 is basically a waste of stones/food/scrolls. How exactly is pointing this out to people negative? As far as i know letting people know what they SHOULDN'T do is just as useful as letting them know what they should.

But of course you're still holding a grudge from the other topic so anything I say is quite obviously a flame and/or attempt to troll.

Actually, no. The only thing that can be considered trolling is this post:

And you called me a troll for no reason so it was justified.

Now I suggest you stop derailing your own thread calling me a troll and you instead come up with some form of evidence that proves your claim that having 1k crit gives you a 70% chance to crit.

I really dont need to prove anything to you because I know for myself that it is 76%. You have seen danimalz say it and hes a pro. its 57% while fighting someone with +15 gear.

And it is common knowledge that 540 crit is 49%, because that's how the formula works on retail, and no one has proved that crit is calculated differently on this server. danimalz contradicted this but there are no sources which back up his claim.

And if you're going to calculate crit chance, do it against someone who isn't wearing ANY gear. When you put strike resist into play you have too many variables to get an accurate result.

    Seems like we're both wrong.

he already said that he crit 8/11 times which is about 72% when he tested it. Which means that it is somewhere in the 70 percentage range. You take off 19% when you fight someone with +15 gear because you get 190 strike resist

1 random claim which contradicts all previous claims from official sources is not "evidence".

but his claim is on this server and not retail. This server is different then the other one. I would like to test this out so what critical chance and attack do you suggest I get to test it?

604 crit and the rest attack? or 664 crit because I would test it on someone with +15 gear

Again, where is the evidence that the crit stat formula is calculated differently? The proc chance for skills has been tampered with, yes, but no one so far has come out and said "Hey, we screwed with the crit chance", as far as i know. Of course if they have then I would like to be informed.

Try it on someone who isn't wearing any gear. Get your crit to the numbers stated in that topic I linked to and see if the number of crits you get is equal to the the percentage it lists.

    i.e.

    Critical resistance 0
    128 Crit : 13.5%
    200 Crit: 19.7%
    473 Crit: 46.5%
    604 Crit: 48.3%

The important part of the test is to make sure that your opponent has 0 critical resist.

Because of the cap 604 crit will basically nullify 130 Strike Resist, which is the equivalent of +10 armor.

However +15 armor has 194 crit resist, so using the formula provided your crit chance would be:

    604-194 = 410=41%

so your saying I should get 669 crit and see if the percentage is about 50%?
