    I guess the reason why stun hits often because chain skills are 100% trigger too.. So probly to be fair, i guess. ;)

    the stun rate on this server is like 100% regardless of the skill proc rate, basically any skill that has a chance of stunning will stun, UD and the Temps equivalent of it(dont know the name) doens't work

    U CANT BE SERIOUS!

    dude wake up! its a ranger server. two rangers can kill any 1 before he can move!! (same level and set players)

    all skills are 100% OF ALL CLASS. U dont need to put stun to 100% or u make unbalanced to the one that have more stun! its so easy to see that! gzzzz
