just practice weaving in duels. it isnt as easy as it looks. normally when a skill is casted on you then it tells you how much damage was inflicted on you with the skill name.

sinse atk speed cap is 0.7

one have 0.8 and +17% 0.7

 

if an attack speed scroll (5% i think) makes a difference, then wouldnt it be common sense that 17% would be over 3x more effective?

 

Speed cap is .6 not .7

 

0.6 for a bow 0.7 for dual weading

u can ask any assassin^^

 

There's a huge difference between attack speed .6 (Marchee), and .4 (Volensky).
.4 Attack speed is achievable through bugged means. I know a bug when I see one.
