Im stuck in lvl 399 weaponsmithing?

    Guys i want to make a white dragon king armor set so gathered all the recipe but in order to make the armor u need to be an expert weaponsmithing ( fine solid baluar horn design) i finish all the quest work order up to an expert lvl but its still my lvl stuck at lvl 399 can somebody help me?

    Status: Armorsmithing 450
    Alchemy 450
    Weaponsmithing 399 :crying:

    Yes, but you can't expert the third (= go over 400)

    everyone says that for some reaon... anyways try spamming the upgrade or check if theres a special quest.

    The normal crafting that you can Expertise is just 2.. even in the retail. That is normal

    only two crafting skill can over 399 or artisan grade... and in 1.9 will stuck again at 450...
    and i heard from people that in 2.0 we only can master one crafting skill to over 499... still waiting gamez update the server xD

    The 3 Max craft probably got removed like how unwavering devotion keeps going back from being broken...
