Any news on the EGT?

Most people that got the things only traded 2k creds for them. Which is quite cheap. Not worth the QQ. Anuhart is plenty competitive.

 

So you acknowledge that people who bought 2k credits BOUGHT LEGITIMATELY? It's not worth the QQ because 2k credits is cheap? 20USD for a private server is no where near cheap. If it's cheap in comparison to ABG then yes but you can't justify a wipe based on that. Not that I have EGT but I find it pretty unfair if you guys don't even give refunds if you decide to wipe.

And Anhuart is no where near competitive against donation items.

 

We have no way to track trades. Can't prove what you traded for the things in most cases, and deleting duped EGTs is the same as deleting other duped items. 2k creds for 7.5k creds is not an even trade. No one with a brain wouldn't see something fishy with that. The majority didn't even donate for the creds. Just farmed vote points, often on alt accounts. xD

And anuhart does quite well. The pvp defense of the EAT armors only give you an equivalent of 1k more hp or so. Which isn't much, and iirc anuhart beats EAT in other statistics. Only the weapons are truly worth having.

 

So a wipe is for sure then? >_> What I'm trying to say is, the wipe doesn't achieve anything but piss legit players off. Sure they jumped at the opportunity of having cheaper gears, but who wouldn't? Like many others have pointed out, if the wipe happens, dupers are the only true beneficial party.

What is the point of the wipe exactly? To get rid of duped gears? Duper are the root of the problem, not the gears. I'll draw an analogy. Scammers scammed 100mil out of everyone in the server. You wipe the gold, scammers still exist. Shouldn't you give the gold back to scammed players and ban scammers to keep everyone happy? Why wipe EGT gears if even 1 person had spent countless time in getting it legitimately.

Even if people farmed votes, they contributed in keeping gamezaion at the top. Besides, it's never a pleasant thing to do. We're talking about kids who don't have income and trying to have some fun. I donate cuz I'm adult but I can imagine the life of a non-donator would be pretty hard in a server dominated by donation items. Compared to hacker/duper, farming votes is the lesser of the 2 evils.

Still doesn't justify a wipe. (by the preponderance of evidence? Without any reasonable doubt?)

 

mostly, when a server has many players on it the economy of the game should be less..for example the more the players...the more items...and when it cycles....it would become cheap....

but, in votes...with 20 credits per vote makes it more faster to purchase items compared to the previous 10 credits per vote...

like autumn said, anuhart items are not far behind the other items...but still, compared EAT vs ANU...EAT would really win....

in weapons..ABG is on top...nothing compares...

I sometimes use anu set when I duel in pandae and it works just fine.. I remodeled my set and anu into a costume so they'll not know that I am wearing anu before the duel..

Deleting EGT sets is, I'm sorry to say, completely retarded.

As it's been said countless times, it'll punish the people who traded their credits. People who dupe, like any other illegal thing, LAUNDER THEIR DUPING. That's called trading illegal EAT/EGT sets for legal ABG stuff.

And what about the people who want to trade 80x lvl 145 enchant stones for credit/kinah? What about the people having 10x Bolvig who want to trade it?

You're punishing people who play, who don't mess up the game. So what if they have illegal sets made by cheaters?

You're so quick not to take any action after people post their screenshots of getting scammed due to "inconclusive evidence", but you're jumping on anything named EGT. Is it because you feel powerless to do anything else?

I'd like to remind people who wanna play white knight, that technically we're on an illegal server violating tons of copyright rules.

If your going to wipe EGT sets you mind as well wipe EAT sets too. pretty sure there is sets out there that was bought with duped gold medals.

 

And wiping most certainly will not encourage punished players to re-donate. People will be pissed, gamez lose credibility. It's a lose-lose move.

I guess this means every Asmodian Gold Medal Duper will get away with it. If the GMs will return all the ABG accessories that I traded to get a complete EGT set, I won't complain.

 

Just wipe them all! Wipe all EGT items! There's so much duping in the server so we need to clean up!

 

That's the issue, in the end, who cares about duping?

After 1-2 months of playing, people are geared and the only thing left to do is pvp.

Kinah's useless in this game, you can't buy anything with it.

People should take a chill pill, and just go pvp.

I'm sorry to say, but if you want a gear advantage you choose the wrong game/server. On servers such as ours, everyone has the same gear in the end, and pretty fast.

Gold Medals don't dupe themselves. Wiping EGT sets will cause so much turmoil I doubt that any of the gamez staff will be willing to face. What the server needs is a fix so that DUPING won't occur anymore. And again, it's the DUPING that's the problem, not the items that were dupped. I say fix the freakin' bug that makes people dupe items. The only honest people left in the world are the ones that don't have any means of doing anything bad.

it depends on what class you are, a ranger or sin may not benefit from the extra defense, but classes such as templars do and I did notice a difference on my glad

 

lol i just trade my EAT plate set WDK remodel to GM Koishii with her EGT plate set....
for the reason that the WDK remodel wont be gone waste..... i have to remodel a new one so i decided just to trade it.....if that happen my character will be naked.......T_T

My ABG set will cost me 10k credits legit, and takes awhile. Wish I could get THAT for 3k >.<
