Sir I dont want to be disrespectful to you but this getting annoying and ridiculous.

I pmed you in game and forums to ask some assistance becuase of a situation I encountered during trading.

    Now, here is the situation:

Bailley and I traded some items in game. We want a GM to mediate the trading but seems you guys are busy so we decided to do it on our own way.

After the trade was done, I relog 2 times and it seems ok. Bailley relog also 2 times and he said its ok. So we have decided to part ways since there was no problem on the trading. Bailley logged out, and I logged out also to get an inventory of my items which I usually do every after trade. But when I logged back in, I noticed that the items I traded to Bailley were still there. So I whispered him again but he was offline in game but luckily he is on in his forum account so I told him to log in back to check the items and pooof he said the items were gone. The items he traded me were ok, but the items I traded to him were not.

With my conscience hunting me when bailley was offline in game, I wanted to give him what the items that reappeared on my cube with the assistance of a GM so that this bug will never happen again. But then, GMs were too lazy or busy to do this instead calling for a 30 vs 30 race event. Im not saying that this is much more important than your events but I say it is important too since it involves bug and other kind of unexpected events during trade.

So I decided to return the items to Bailley without your so godly assistance.

I also want to thank my BG helloz for the heads up about this situation,

    Screen shots:

The sword there was the one I traded with Bailley which came from Adieu's trade mediation.

This is during the trading. Im going to trade the sword and 1 ABG Corundom earrings which will appear below.

This is after I relogged 2 times.

And this is after I relogged the 3rd time. You noticed there that the ABg armor was stil there so with the sword and the earrings.

Could you refrain from saying "and other GMs"? >.<

I just woke up, I wish I could've been there to help but lumping other GMs together over one's fallacy is just disrespectful to the staff as a whole :/

Anyways, I apologize that this happened how it did, do you happen to have any proof of this occurring? Could you go into detail on what was traded so maybe we can check it out and fix the issue?

Second: I am organizing an event.
Third: I'm the only GM online.

When you're eating, you should be offline really. Or at least on /anon until you're done.

I'm pretty sure support comes before events.

No offense, but come on... really?

Im sorry for generalizing but I have screenshots which I am still uploading atm.

The problem was solved by me and Bailley, I gave him the items that reappeared and let him relogged for 5 times. And he said it is now fine and the items was there. Im crossing my fingers because I hope it will not get bugged again.

So this is not duping issue?...
LoLz many players have been accused duping in game.. traded with others... and the item gone after relog... lolz... this is nonsence.. its a bug.. when ya do event or something.. makes the ram low.. and cant take small trades? or something? uhh im not a computer pro.. but yeah.. i think its something like that....

I suggest : While making Events... please warn players not to do trades... thanks

You guys don't seem to realize a few things, so I'll be more than happy to remind you:

    1.) GMs are human

    2.) We don't get paid

3.) We do things like eat and sleep.

4.) There are about 2~3,000 people on siel, and at best about 2~3 GMs online. thats about 1,000 people ALL with issues and problems who need help for 1 GM.

5.) Your issue is NOT more important than someone else's.

6.) If you're getting ignored, chances are you didn't ask a question; when we're busy we dont have time to respond to every vague PM such as "Hi." or "r u there?" or "plz gm can u help me". We respond to things like "I have a problem with xxx, and I was hoping I could get your help" or "I saw xxx hacking in the core". Silly or 'spam' PMs will be ignored.

7.) Just because its the middle of the day in Romania, or The Phillipines doesn't mean its the middle of the day for us. Depending on OUR time zone, we may be asleep, attending to studies, working etc.

8.) I don't mean to be rude, but as GMs we took the job and the position to help people and be a service to our community. We understand that sometimes you feel ignored, or frustrated and before we were GMs we felt the same way at some point in time, so we can truly sympathize, however calling out the entire staff over your petty problem is incredibly disrespectful. Just a tip, do not expect people you disrespect to be very interested in helping you in the future--and that is only human nature.

Edit: Also, support does come before events, however, once an event has started, you're responsible immediately for that and can't really stop until the event is over. So once you're already doing an event, you cant just pack up and bail out while everyone is stuck on some random map wondering wtf is going on.

    Oh My Lord. . . .

    *holding back*

Kudos to both Arsuf and Bailley... I hope more people in game are like the both of you.
Good Thing you both acted like real human beings... and fixed it yourselves. Bravo mates ...

I sure hope things like this wont be neglected again, since some players are just trying to do their best not to give more headaches to the staff.

True, true. But, note: I said this when he said he was eating and preparing for an event. I don't think it started then. Unless... he's going to host an event while eating, letting people roam around, use return as they deem fit or even use hacks, cause he's eating and not really making sure everything goes how it should go.

Eh, I agree with more GMs to ease some of the GMs duties and expectations, but... "Event mods, dye mods" equals wut?
