Log in Failed

Detail: I can't log in with the Character "Marlonx" each time that i try to enter, throw a window that say "Server log client failed" or something like that, but i try with my other char in the same account and i can enter...

PD: I talk with 2 Gm's but they didn't do anything i think :S

have u tried the character unsntuck in the website in ur user cp?

 

Yeah. i already do that, but y the same error continue :S

 

then u might need to contact an admin rather than a gm

 

Nobodys care about that, i whisp to Alente ingame but he/she didn't answer me :S

If this help, someone send me a lot of mails like 50+ mail's and then the server crashed, when the server came back, the problem start...

 

Right, 'cause everyone is always at their screen every second they're logged in. Sound logic there.

I think that the problem can be resolved if you teleport me from Isghlaen that is where i am, to another place. is what i think

Error resolved, try logging in.

It may still be in memory in which case the fix wont work until next server restart.

You must wait until the server crashes/restarts again so your character fixes.

i think that the problem is that a user i don't know who, send a me a lot of mails to the mailbox ingame, and i ahve the mailbox full, and i think that this is the problem cause each time that i try to enter with the chararacter "Marlonx" they saturated by the "rin ring" of the mailbox and this make the problem, if you empty my mailbox of "Marlonx" i think the problem get resolved, thx

poor guy... well just relax marionx you will not help the situation by posting every moment , i understand how it feels though.. i have a new problem too i got 30.000 ms (/ping) heheh if you want log in lumiel and make new char and we'll play together so you are not bored , till they fix your char's problem (if they manage to , it's hard to find out what caused it)and it's not even english lol(the screenshot)

@Alente , i know this is stupid to ask but did any gm try to login? it may be something in his computer not in his acc... idk :S just saying..
