I am not getting the change password email?

    I'm not going to reveal any information; nor have I ever given my information to ANYONE.

    But somehow my boyfriends brother knows my information.
    So now I'm desperately trying to change my password. But I am not getting the email.

    I've been waiting an hour, I've requested a password change 5 times now.

    Yes, I've searched threads.
    Apparently there are limited answers on this subject.

    Not really personal since I've never met the guy.
    He's just trying to take his anger out on my account, because like my boyfriend said "I'm affiliated"
