Items Disappearing

    If your items disappear we will not give them back unless you give us solid evidence (proof) that you actually lost that item.

    Post here with screenshots/any proof you have. If it is a donor item Carl will probably have in in his transaction history so.. you're good.

    try removing all items from your inventory then relog, maybe your item got overwritten by another

    My Godstone keeps resetting, Cloudstrife helped me twice already. But my Godstone keeps getting reverted back to my old one when I relog???? Heres Screenshots of my Bow.

    try to take off my weapon and it doesn't, so I log out and then relog... and its gone...

    here's the pic of the weapon that disappeared pls bring it back sir...

    Ok Some days ago i sent to my nub Taha longbow anu ranger gears, Earrings, rings, Necklace, belt, headgear and some potions that day its was night so i didnt lvl him so i went to sleep and i was busy irl so i didnt really had time to lvl him so when the update came (Fenris etc) i've deside to lvl it and find nothing in my inv. So here the pics i wish its enough proof...

    So here i tell you in details what i've lost and wish to rehave it.

    Tahabata Longbow+0 Slots all +15 Crits,Anuhart Ranger set +0 All Slots +15 crits,Earring of Ascending x2,Anuhart Brigade General Leather Belt x1,Archon squad leader topaz rings x2,Archon squad Leader Helm x1, Dragon flame diamond necklacex1 and Greater divine life serum x58

    Ty if you can send all my gear back ty again.

    ok this is my problem i buy from shop elite archons tribune plate boots but is not appear in my inventory when i go to the web site and look myinventory there say i put 2 boots idk how but the elite archons is not there plz some oen fix that bug the name of my char is Ourhell

    took of my pants and gloves for a remodel and dced came back and they vanished. [​IMG][​IMG]now the after, as you can see no pants gloves [​IMG]

    Hi, I tried putting my earring of ascending for sale in the AH, and my game crashed while doing so. When i logged back on the earrings was not in my inventory or in the broker but looking on your site under my character's inventory it shows that I still have it. I tried emptying mt inventory and
    re logging but the item still didn't resurface. Please help me if you can.

    Donation manastones

    I put in a donation for for the +15 crit and +5 attack manastones during the server update. I've tried relogging and checking my inventory and warehouse, and they still aren't there. My char name is Smurfy.

    today, first of the reboot of the server i put manastone in all equipment... now all it is disappered!!!!!!!!! i contact Trustfire in game and he tell me to post here on the forum my problem!!!

    How do you expect me to take screenshot if it happens randomly without any clue.I just logged out and pooh.Got only crappy armor part I had before on me instead. :lol: Just wanted to ask.Couse I don't have proof.

    To have no offtopic.
    I will give you some help on this.I think it's a rollback.
    In it you lose recent items.And don't get back old ones.
    Couse I also dyed my armor.Now it's back to normal.And dyes are gone.Also buyed missing skills.They aren't there anymore.So yeah,hope this helps you on solving this mystery.Wich actualy isn't mystery.Couse I just told you what's the problem :lol:
    Now it's up to you to judge.About that I can't see NPC.Sorry,can't help on that. :pouty:

    ok well about 2 or 3 days ago i brought 10 event black dyes from donation thing ( with my voting rewards ) and i put it on my char Gladiatorlegend then i put them in broker for like 40 or 30kk for 5 ( total of either 80kk or 70kk dont remember which ) and i logged off to play another char when i logged back on to Gladiatorlegend to see if my dyes were sold they weren't in broker it said i had nothing to sell and it said i hadn't sold anything i waited thinking this problem might fix it's self but it didn't so i was wondering can i have my dyes back or the kinah or w/e cuz this bug sux >_< my proof would probably be carls transation history?

    Instead of posting proof and pictures why not try to fix the problem? I always find something or other missing in my inventory now and then. I thought it was just my mind playing tricks but nope lol. Anyways, I spent 15 bucks on a Donate Weapon, I sure hope that doesn't disappear.

    Lost Abyss ring

    I was taking off all my accessories and only one ring went into my inventory.

    I don't have a screen shot of it but it should be on record that I got in from the website.

    If there is anything i need to do to prove that I had it let me know.

    Armfusing - Tabby Bow Lost

    Hey guys,
    i just tried Armfusing with my two Tabby bow, both socketed with 5* HP +85. So... it seems that ive lost my other bow... i paid for armfusing and the second bow disapperead.

    Would be nice to get it back...
