ranger's incredible atk speed

can someone tell why some ranger are hitting me so fast without using any scroll...

im a ranger 2 but as i said their atk speed is so crazy even i used scroll.... lolinched:

 

Because bro, some has 100ms below ping, and that they have quicker attack than those who have 200ms+ ping.

 

I have 220ping and im good...

 

Has alot to do with latency (ping), if your ping is high it will feel your casting very slow.

 

yup 200+ ping is good but I have tried how a ranger hits with 50ms...

yup very bad bro.

 

I run at 80 ping and yes fully buffed rangers seem like they can cast instantly, btw most all skills do say 0 second cast time or instant so its very hard to tell if a ranger is attack speed hacking, same with assassins (sins can attack even faster then ranger but their attack dmg is lower).

 

Well if you attack in mau form...Or arrow flurry..and you have good combo you kill rly easily....I killed hanja like that n_n
